This report is for new equipment, Electrocardiogram Machines (Model #MAC VU360)-12 count, located at the Main Hospital (SICU, MRICU, CICU, 7th floor East and West Units, Pre-admission Testing-7th & 8th floor Boyer Building and Electrocardiogram Machine (Model #MAC VU360)-1 Count, located at Jeanes Hospital Campus, in the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, beginning on March 21, 2024; Mobile X-ray machine (Mobilette), located at Jeanes Hospital Campus, in the Radiology Department, Electrosurgical Beam Machine (Model 7500), located at the Main Hospital Campus, Plasma Coagulation Unit (VIO3) located at the Main Hospital Campus, in the Perioperative Department, Bronchovideoscopes (BF-H190, BF-1TH190) located at Jeanes Hospital Campus, in the Respiratory Department, Ultrasonic Probe (UM-S20-17S)-2 Count, located at the Jeanes Hospital Campus, in the Respiratory Department; beginning on March 25, 2024; Cryosurgical System (Serial #: 11527360, 11540290), located at the Main Hospital Campus-Pulmonary Department, in the Bronchoscopy Suite, beginning April 10, 2024, Electrosurgical Unit (Serial #VC021834) and Plasma Coagulator (Serial # 11527549), at the Main Hospital Campus-Pulmonary Department, in the Bronchoscopy Suite. beginning on April 10, 2024. Temple University Hospital, Inc. attested they were in full compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998.
